Crockstead Fields offers camping and glamping

options to suit every budget. Our seasonal campsite offers luxury bell tents or, if you prefer to bring your own tent, plenty of space to pitch up under the stars.

For those looking for an extra-special experience, we have two cosy yurts and a luxury

eco-cabin that are set away from the main site in their own private areas.

As of 2023 you can now join us in the fields all summer long for a camping excursion. Working alongside our friends at Beau & Bell we have developed sites for  10 x furnished bell tents set  in our campsite, available to rent any night from May to September. Besides that you can rent one of our self contained Yurts or check out the exciting new Luxury cabin build in the adjoining field.

FESTIVAL WEDDINGS

We have limited spaces each year for a selection of fun, laid back festival style weddings. Our large traditional marquee takes centre stage in the main events field, alongside our licensed Pagoda, fire pit, garden games and more.

With accommodation options on site, there is no need to worry about getting to the venue or going home at the end of the night - guests can enjoy fully-furnished bell tents, cosy private yurts or our self-contained design-led cabin.

PRIVATE HIRE

Regardless of what type of event you are looking for, we have you covered. Through on site offerings and a list of trusted suppliers we can accommodate anything from small private camping trips to large corporate retreats.

We have honed a combination of on-site accommodation, activities, catering and evening entertainment to bring you a fantastic selection of options for whatever it is  you are looking to put on.

Our Eco Commitment

Ok so nobody’s perfect, we’re still not where we want to be on this but we would like to think we’re moving in the right direction, helping to protect the environment as well as encourage low carbon solutions. Since the venue’s birth we’ve planted 1000 trees around the field and have plans for further ecological development in the adjoining field. We have just been awarded our second LoCASE grant (Low Carbon Across the South and East) which will allow us to expand the number of solar panels we have across the site and are doing our best to reduce water usage throughout the site. e challenge you to make more things than us out of used pallets!

On the catering side of things we are doing our best to utilise local suppliers and have been building up our veg patch, hoping to move towards more plant based food on site sourced directly from the fields.

Our accommodation options are also designed with sustainability in mind. Our bell tents and yurts are cotton canvas, as opposed to plastic and by staying in one of these rather than buying a cheap, disposable tent, you are doing the planet a favour. Our cabin uses solar panels, sheeps-wool insulation and its design focuses on recycled and repurposed materials.
